COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
Heritage School is committed to attracting and retaining outstanding employees through a compensation plan that compares favorably with those of regional peer schools. Personal professional development and membership in national professional organizations are priorities for all faculty. All employees (who make over $5,000 per year and have worked at the school for two years) may make contributions to the school’s SIMPLE retirement plan and receive a 3% employer match. To ensure that our faculty is continuing their skills and philosophy within the scope of our mission, Heritage has a strong plan for professional growth. It includes in-state and out-of-state training opportunities as well as attendance at national conferences such as SCL [Society for Classical Learning] and/or ACCS [Association of Classical Christian Schools].
