Student Council at Heritage School is a vital organization which supports the school Mission Statement through service to the school and the community. Student Council officers organize food drives, clothing collection for the needy, and serve the school in various ways as well as planning several school dances, including the popular spring formal. Student Council also erects the Christmas tree in the Great Hall and provides refreshment and social time for students during Christmas. In addition, the officers of Student Council lead or delegate the leading of the weekly Friday Chapel as they pray, make announcements, recognize student birthdays, lead the pledge to the flag, and introduce the guest speaker or student presentations.
